DISK DIFFUSER – WASTEWATER TREATMENT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION**

A Disk Diffuser is a high-efficiency fine-bubble aeration device used in STP, ETP, and industrial wastewater treatment systems. It delivers uniform air distribution through micro-perforated EPDM or silicone membranes, ensuring maximum oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE) for biological treatment processes.

Designed for long-term durability, low energy consumption, and stable performance, disk diffusers are widely used in aerobic tanks, MBBR systems, SBR tanks, equalization basins, and nitrification processes.

Key Features

  • Fine-bubble aeration for high oxygen transfer efficiency

  • EPDM/Silicone membrane with precision perforations

  • Corrosion-resistant PP/ABS diffuser body

  • Low-pressure loss and high airflow capacity

  • Check valve integrated to prevent backflow

  • Easy installation on SS/UPVC/Mild Steel air grids

  • Suitable for continuous and intermittent aeration

Advantages

  • Improves BOD/COD reduction

  • Reduces energy consumption of blowers

  • Long service life with minimal maintenance

  • Uniform bubble distribution across the tank

  • Designed to resist fouling, chemical attack, and tearing
